Conor Anderson
Pastor
Conor grew up in San Diego and really loves Jesus, his family, and surfing. He and his beautiful wife Keila have been married since 2018. They have two little girls and a (canine) son named Winston.
Since becoming a Christian, Conor has been totally captivated by the Bible, and in college he fell in love with studying. He earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from The Master’s University and went on to seminary training through Talbot School of Theology where he earned a M.A. in Christian Apologetics. The professors there sparked a love for philosophy and he went on to get a M.A. in Philosophy from San Diego State University.
He started in ministry by serving five years as a Young Adult Pastor at Shadow Mountain Community Church. Conor then transitioned to a more academic ministry as a professor teaching Philosophy, Theology, and Biblical Studies at the University of San Diego and San Diego Christian College. After many years balancing academics and ministry, God led him into full-time vocational ministry where he now serves as the Pastor of Penngrove Community Church.
Frank Van Meter
Worship and Administration
Frank M. Van Meter was born in Oklahoma and raised in Marin County California. He has been a musician his entire life and began leading worship in 1994 at Open Door Christian Church Petaluma under the training of Pastor Tom Wise. Frank has since served as music director and worship leader at Grace Church Petaluma, First Church of God (Red Bluff, CA), and Freedom Church (Red Bluff, CA).
He was called to Penngrove Community Church in 2015. Frank is also Council Chairman, Deacon, and Administrative Assistant to Pastor Anderson.
